Anti-FXYD7 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein FXYD domain containing ion transport regulator 7. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 80 amino acid residues and a mass of 8.5 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the membrane. It is notably expressed in the skeletal muscle, heart muscle, and cerebral cortex. A member of the FXYD protein family, FXYD7 is known to be involved with the transport of ions. FXYD7 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine and chimpanzee species. Western Blot is the most common application for the FXYD7 antibodies listed below. ELISA, Immunofluorescence, and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
