Anti-ATPase H+ transporting V1 subunit G3 antibodies are directed against the protein encoded by the gene ATP6V1G3 in humans. The gene may also be known as ATP6G3, Vma10, V-type proton ATPase subunit G 3, and ATPase, H+ transporting, lysosomal (vacuolar proton pump) subunit G3. Structurally, the protein is reported to be 13.9 kilodaltons in mass. Based on gene name, canine, porcine, monkey, mouse and rat orthologs may also be found.
