Anti-RAB36 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein RAB36, member RAS oncogene family. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 333 amino acid residues and a mass of 36.3 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the Golgi. Up to 2 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. It is found to be widely expressed in all tissues examined. A member of the Rab protein family, RAB36 is reported to be involved in protein transport. Synonyms for this target antigen include ras-related protein Rab-36 and small GTP-binding protein Rab36. RAB36 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, chimpanzee and chicken species. Western Blot is a widely used application for the RAB36 antibodies listed below. In addition, ELISA is also a common application.
