Anti-SLP76 antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target SLP76 is a known alias name of the protein lymphocyte cytosolic protein 2, encoded by the LCP2 gene in humans. This 533-amino acid residue protein is known to be involved in T-cell antigen receptor mediated signaling. It is localized to the cytoplasm of the cell and features phosphorylated post-translational modifications. In terms of tissue expression, it is reported to be highly expressed in spleen, thymus and peripheral blood leukocytes. Other synonyms for SLP76 include IMD81 and SLP-76. Western Blot is the most common application for the SLP76 antibodies listed below. ELISA and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
