Anti-DNAAF10 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein dynein axonemal assembly factor 10. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 357 amino acid residues and a mass of 39.7 kDa. Up to 2 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. It is reported to be widely expressed with the highest expression in testis. DNAAF10 is known to be involved with the apoptotic pathway and protein stabilization. Synonyms for this target antigen include WD repeat-containing protein 92, WD repeat-containing protein Monad, monad, testicular secretory protein Li 67, and WD repeat domain 92. DNAAF10 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species.
