Anti-CELA2B antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein chymotrypsin like elastase 2B. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 269 amino acid residues and a mass of 28.8 kDa. It has been described to be a secreted protein. A member of the Peptidase S1 protein family, CELA2B is known to act upon elastin. Synonyms for this target antigen include chymotrypsin-like elastase family member 2B, RP11-265F14.2, chymotrypsin like elastase family member 2B, elastase 2B, pancreatic elastase IIB (ELA2B), and ELA2B. These CELA2B antibodies are widely used in Western Blot experiments, among other applications.
