Anti-PAQR3 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein progestin and adipoQ receptor family member 3. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 311 amino acid residues and a mass of 36.2 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the Golgi. Up to 4 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. It is found to be widely expressed in a range of tissues. A member of the ADIPOR protein family, PAQR3 is known to function as a spatial regulator of RAF1 kinase by sequestrating it to the Golgi. Synonyms for this target antigen include Raf kinase trapping to Golgi and progestin and adipoQ receptor family member III. PAQR3 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species. Western Blot is a widely used application for the PAQR3 antibodies listed below. In addition, ELISA is also a common application.
