Anti-UBE2NL antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein ubiquitin conjugating enzyme E2 N like (gene/pseudogene). In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 153 amino acid residues and a mass of 17.4 kDa. It is reported to be expressed in epididymis. A member of the Ubiquitin-conjugating enzyme protein family, UBE2NL is known to be involved with protein ubiquitination. Synonyms for this target antigen include epididymis tissue protein Li 174, ubiquitin conjugating enzyme E2N-like, and putative ubiquitin-conjugating enzyme E2 N-like. These UBE2NL antibodies are widely used in Western Blot experiments, among other applications.
