Anti-LTV1 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein LTV1 ribosome biogenesis factor. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 475 amino acid residues and a mass of 54.9 kDa. It is notably widely expressed in many tissue types. It is a member of the LTV1 protein family. Synonyms for this target antigen include protein LTV1 homolog and LTV1 homolog. LTV1 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species. Some LTV1 antibodies may have been used in research and have associated citations. Western Blot is a widely used application for these antibodies. ELISA and Immunocytochemistry are also common applications.
