Anti-OGFOD3 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein 2-oxoglutarate and iron dependent oxygenase domain containing 3. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 319 amino acid residues and a mass of 35.6 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the membrane. Up to 2 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. It is a member of the OGFOD3 protein family. Post-translational modifications have been described, including glycosylation. Synonyms for this target antigen include PKHD domain-containing transmembrane protein C17orf101, and 2-oxoglutarate and iron-dependent oxygenase domain-containing protein 3. OGFOD3 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species. These OGFOD3 antibodies are widely used in Western Blot experiments, among other applications.
