Anti-ANKFN1 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein ankyrin repeat and fibronectin type III domain containing 1. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 1146 amino acid residues and a mass of 129.7 kDa. Up to 2 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. ANKFN1 is believed to play a role in neuronal function. Synonyms for this target antigen include ankyrin repeat and fibronectin type-III domain-containing protein 1. ANKFN1 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, frog, zebrafish and chicken species. These ANKFN1 antibodies are widely used in Immunohistochemistry experiments, among other applications.
