Anti-SPIN3 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein spindlin family member 3. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 258 amino acid residues and a mass of 29.2 kDa. Up to 2 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. A member of the SPIN/STSY protein family, SPIN3 is known to be involved with the regulation of transcription. Synonyms for this target antigen include bA445O16.1 (DXF34), spindlin-like protein 3, and spindlin-3. SPIN3 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine and chimpanzee species. ELISA is the most common application for the SPIN3 antibodies listed below. Western Blot and Immunocytochemistry are also common applications.
