Anti-SLC38A10 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein solute carrier family 38 member 10. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 1119 amino acid residues and a mass of 119.8 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the membrane. Up to 3 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. It is notably widely expressed in many tissue types. A member of the Amino acid/polyamine transporter 2 protein family, SLC38A10 is believed to be a sodium-dependent amino acid/proton antiporter. Synonyms for this target antigen include Sodium-coupled neutral amino acid transporter 10, and putative sodium-coupled neutral amino acid transporter 10. SLC38A10 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species. Immunocytochemistry is the most common application for the SLC38A10 antibodies listed below. Western Blot, Immunofluorescence, and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
