Anti-RELT like 1 antibodies are used for the immunodetection of the protein encoded by the RELL1 gene. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 271 amino acid residues and a mass of 29.3 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the cell membrane. It is widely expressed across many tissue types. A member of the RELT protein family, it is reported to induce activation of MAPK14/p38 cascade, when overexpressed. Post-translational modifications have been described, including phosphorylation and glycosylation. Other names for this target antigen include receptor expressed in lymphoid tissues like 1, tmp_locus_29, and RELT-like protein 1. Gene orthologs have been identified in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, chimpanzee and chicken species. Indicated applications for RELT like 1 antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, Immunocytochemistry, Immunofluorescence, and Immunohistochemistry.
