Anti-PP2D1 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein protein phosphatase 2C like domain containing 1. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 630 amino acid residues and a mass of 71.6 kDa. Up to 3 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. It is notably expressed in the testis. A member of the PP2C protein family, PP2D1 is known to be involved with protein dephosphorylation.
