Anti-ARL9 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein ADP ribosylation factor like GTPase 9. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 187 amino acid residues and a mass of 20.8 kDa. Up to 2 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. It is notably expressed in the testis. It is a member of the Arf protein family. Synonyms for this target antigen include ADP-ribosylation factor-like protein 9 and ADP-ribosylation factor-like 9. ARL9 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species. These ARL9 antibodies are widely used in Western Blot experiments, among other applications.
