Anti-MAGEB17 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein MAGE family member B17. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 336 amino acid residues and a mass of 37.6 kDa. MAGEB17 is known to be involved with the regulation of transcription. Synonyms for this target antigen include melanoma antigen family B, 17 (pseudogene), melanoma antigen family B17, and melanoma-associated antigen B17. MAGEB17 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat and chimpanzee species. Indicated applications for MAGEB17 antibodies listed below include Western Blot, Immunofluorescence, and Immunohistochemistry.
