Anti-OR10A3 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein olfactory receptor family 10 subfamily A member 3. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 314 amino acid residues and a mass of 35.5 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the cell membrane. A member of the G-protein coupled receptor 1 protein family, OR10A3 is known to be involved with the sensory perception of smell. Post-translational modifications have been described, including glycosylation. Synonyms for this target antigen include HTPCRX12, olfactory receptor 10A3, olfactory receptor OR11-97, and HSHTPCRX12. Western Blot is a widely used application for the OR10A3 antibodies listed below. In addition, ELISA is also a common application.
