Anti-RGL3 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein ral guanine nucleotide dissociation stimulator like 3. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 710 amino acid residues and a mass of 78.1 kDa. Up to 2 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. Synonyms for this target antigen include RalGEF-like protein 3, mouse homolog and ralGDS-like 3. RGL3 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog and chimpanzee species. These RGL3 antibodies are widely used in Western Blot experiments, among other applications.
