Anti-FAM107B antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein family with sequence similarity 107 member B. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 131 amino acid residues and a mass of 15.6 kDa. Up to 2 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. It is notably widely expressed in many tissue types. It is a member of the FAM107 protein family. Synonyms for this target antigen include FAM107B/CDNF fusion, heat shock-inducible tumor small protein, and protein FAM107B. FAM107B gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species. Some FAM107B antibodies may have been used in research and have associated citations. Western Blot is a widely used application for these antibodies. In addition, ELISA is also a common application.
