Anti-INSYN2B antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein inhibitory synaptic factor family member 2B. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 535 amino acid residues and a mass of 59.2 kDa. It is a member of the INSYN2 protein family. Synonyms for this target antigen include family with sequence similarity 196 member B, protein FAM196B, and protein INSYN2B. INSYN2B gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, chimpanzee and chicken species. Immunocytochemistry is the most common application for the INSYN2B antibodies listed below. Immunofluorescence and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
