Anti-RPL7L1 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein ribosomal protein L7 like 1. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 255 amino acid residues and a mass of 29.7 kDa. Up to 2 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. It is a member of the Universal ribosomal protein uL30 protein family. Synonyms for this target antigen include 60S ribosomal protein L7-like 1 and large ribosomal subunit protein uL30-like 1. RPL7L1 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, chimpanzee and chicken species. Some RPL7L1 antibodies may have been used in research and have associated citations. ELISA is a widely used application for these antibodies. Western Blot, Immunofluorescence, and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
