Anti-OR52B2 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein olfactory receptor family 52 subfamily B member 2. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 323 amino acid residues and a mass of 36.2 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the cell membrane. It is a member of the G-protein coupled receptor 1 protein family. Post-translational modifications have been described, including glycosylation. Synonyms for this target antigen include olfactory receptor 52B2 and olfactory receptor OR11-70. OR52B2 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat and bovine species. Western Blot is the most common application for the OR52B2 antibodies listed below. ELISA, Immunocytochemistry, and Immunofluorescence are also common applications.
