Anti-RABL3 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein RAB, member of RAS oncogene family like 3. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 236 amino acid residues and a mass of 26.4 kDa. A member of the Rab protein family, RABL3 is known to be required for KRAS signaling regulation and modulation of cell proliferation. The RABL3 gene has been associated with the disease, Pancreatic cancer. Synonyms for this target antigen include rab-like protein 3. RABL3 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species. Some RABL3 antibodies may have been used in research and have associated citations. These antibodies are most commonly used in Western Blot experiments, among other applications.
