Anti-ZBBX antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein zinc finger B-box domain containing. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 800 amino acid residues and a mass of 91.4 kDa. Up to 3 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. It is notably expressed in the testis, nasopharynx, fallopian tube, and bronchus. Synonyms for this target antigen include zinc finger B-box domain-containing protein 1. ZBBX gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species. Western Blot is the most common application for the ZBBX antibodies listed below. ELISA, Flow Cytometry, and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
