Anti-SLC35F2 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein solute carrier family 35 member F2. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 374 amino acid residues and a mass of 41.2 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the membrane. Up to 3 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. It is notably widely expressed in many tissue types. A member of the SLC35F solute transporter protein family, SLC35F2 is believed to be a type of solute transporter. Synonyms for this target antigen include HSNOV1 and lung squamous cell cancer related protein LSCC-3. SLC35F2 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, chimpanzee and chicken species. Some SLC35F2 antibodies may have been used in research and have associated citations. Western Blot is a widely used application for these antibodies. ELISA and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
