Anti-SEL1L3 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein SEL1L family member 3. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 1132 amino acid residues and a mass of 128.6 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the membrane. Up to 3 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. It is notably widely expressed in many tissue types. Post-translational modifications have been described, including glycosylation. Synonyms for this target antigen include sel-1 suppressor of lin-12-like 3, suppressor of lin-12-like protein 3, and protein sel-1 homolog 3. SEL1L3 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, chimpanzee and chicken species. Immunohistochemistry is a widely used application for the SEL1L3 antibodies listed below. In addition, Western Blot is also a common application.
