Anti-POTEG antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein POTE ankyrin domain family member G. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 508 amino acid residues and a mass of 57.1 kDa. Up to 3 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. It is a member of the POTE protein family. Synonyms for this target antigen include cancer/testis antigen family 104, member 4, prostate, ovary, testis-expressed protein on chromosome 14, protein expressed in prostate, ovary, testis, and placenta 14, and ANKRD26-like family C member 2. Some POTEG antibodies may have been used in research and have associated citations. Western Blot is a widely used application for these antibodies. In addition, Immunohistochemistry is also a common application.
