Anti-OR10X1 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein olfactory receptor family 10 subfamily X member 1. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 326 amino acid residues and a mass of 36.4 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the cell membrane. It is a member of the G-protein coupled receptor 1 protein family. Post-translational modifications have been described, including glycosylation. Synonyms for this target antigen include olfactory receptor OR1-13 pseudogene, olfactory receptor OR1-14, olfactory receptor, family 10, subfamily X, member 1 pseudogene, and olfactory receptor 10X1. OR10X1 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse and chimpanzee species. Western Blot is the most common application for the OR10X1 antibodies listed below. ELISA and Immunofluorescence are also common applications.
