Anti-TMUB2 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein transmembrane and ubiquitin like domain containing 2. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 321 amino acid residues and a mass of 33.8 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the membrane. Up to 4 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. It is notably widely expressed in many tissue types. Synonyms for this target antigen include transmembrane and ubiquitin-like domain-containing protein 2. TMUB2 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish and chimpanzee species. Some TMUB2 antibodies may have been used in research and have associated citations. ELISA is a widely used application for these antibodies. Western Blot, Immunocytochemistry, and Immunofluorescence are also common applications.
