Anti-Ribonucleotide reductase catalytic subunit M1 antibodies are directed against the protein encoded by the gene RRM1 in humans. The gene may also be known as ribonucleotide reductase M1 polypeptide, R1, RIR1, RR1, and ribonucleoside-diphosphate reductase large subunit. Structurally, the protein is reported to be 90.1 kilodaltons in mass. Based on gene name, fly, canine, porcine, monkey, mouse and rat orthologs may also be found.
