Anti-RNASE11 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein ribonuclease A family member 11 (inactive). In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 199 amino acid residues and a mass of 22.4 kDa. It has been described to be a secreted protein. It is a member of the Pancreatic ribonuclease protein family. Post-translational modifications have been described, including glycosylation. Synonyms for this target antigen include epididymis secretory sperm binding protein Li 84p, ribonuclease 11, ribonuclease A J1, ribonuclease, RNase A family, 11 (non-active), and probable ribonuclease 11. RNASE11 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine and chimpanzee species. Western Blot is a widely used application for the RNASE11 antibodies listed below. In addition, Immunohistochemistry is also a common application.
