Anti-OR7A17 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein olfactory receptor family 7 subfamily A member 17. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 309 amino acid residues and a mass of 34 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the cell membrane. A member of the G-protein coupled receptor 1 protein family, OR7A17 is known to be involved with signal transduction pathways. Post-translational modifications have been described, including glycosylation. Synonyms for this target antigen include HTPCRX19, olfactory receptor 7A17, olfactory receptor OR19-20, and BC85395_4. Some OR7A17 antibodies may have been used in research and have associated citations. Western Blot is a widely used application for these antibodies. In addition, ELISA is also a common application.
