Anti-FSD1L antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein fibronectin type III and SPRY domain containing 1 like. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 530 amino acid residues and a mass of 59.6 kDa. Up to 3 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. It is notably widely expressed in many tissue types. Synonyms for this target antigen include FSD1 C-terminal like, FSD1 N-terminal like, coiled-coil domain containing 10, cystatin and DUF19 domain containing 1, and FSD1-like protein. FSD1L gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species. Western Blot is the most common application for the FSD1L antibodies listed below. ELISA, Immunofluorescence, and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
