Anti-ZDHHC11 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein zinc finger DHHC-type containing 11. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 412 amino acid residues and a mass of 46 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the ER. Up to 2 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. It is notably expressed in the testis. It is a member of the DHHC palmitoyltransferase protein family. Synonyms for this target antigen include DHHC-11, probable palmitoyltransferase ZDHHC11, zinc finger DHHC domain-containing protein 11, zinc finger protein 399, zinc finger, DHHC domain containing 11, and palmitoyltransferase ZDHHC11. These ZDHHC11 antibodies are widely used in Western Blot experiments, among other applications.
