Anti-RAPGEFL1 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein Rap guanine nucleotide exchange factor like 1. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 662 amino acid residues and a mass of 73.3 kDa. Up to 3 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. RAPGEFL1 is a suspected guanine nucleotide exchange factor (GEF). Synonyms for this target antigen include Link guanine nucleotide exchange factor II, Rap guanine nucleotide exchange factor (GEF)-like 1, link GEFII, and Link-GEFII. RAPGEFL1 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species. Western Blot is the most common application for the RAPGEFL1 antibodies listed below. ELISA and Immunofluorescence are also common applications.
