Anti-OR4C16 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein olfactory receptor family 4 subfamily C member 16. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 310 amino acid residues and a mass of 35 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the cell membrane. It is a member of the G-protein coupled receptor 1 protein family. Post-translational modifications have been described, including glycosylation. Synonyms for this target antigen include olfactory receptor 4C16 and olfactory receptor OR11-135. Western Blot is the most common application for the OR4C16 antibodies listed below. ELISA and Immunofluorescence are also common applications.
