Anti-OR3A3 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein olfactory receptor family 3 subfamily A member 3. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 321 amino acid residues and a mass of 35 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the cell membrane. A member of the G-protein coupled receptor 1 protein family, OR3A3 is known to be involved with signal transduction pathways. Post-translational modifications have been described, including glycosylation. Synonyms for this target antigen include OR17-16, OR17-201, OR3A6, OR3A7, OR3A8P, olfactory receptor 3A3, olfactory receptor 17-201, and OR17-137. Western Blot is the most common application for the OR3A3 antibodies listed below. ELISA and Immunofluorescence are also common applications.
