Anti-OR1L4 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein olfactory receptor family 1 subfamily L member 4. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 311 amino acid residues and a mass of 35.3 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the cell membrane. A member of the G-protein coupled receptor 1 protein family, OR1L4 is known to be involved with signal transduction pathways. Post-translational modifications have been described, including glycosylation. Synonyms for this target antigen include olfactory receptor 1L5, olfactory receptor 9-E, olfactory receptor OR9-29, olfactory receptor, family 1, subfamily L, member 5, and olfactory receptor 1L4. Western Blot is a widely used application for the OR1L4 antibodies listed below. In addition, ELISA is also a common application.
