Anti-UGT2B10 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein UDP glucuronosyltransferase family 2 member B10. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 528 amino acid residues and a mass of 60.8 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the ER. Up to 2 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. A member of the UDP-glycosyltransferase protein family, UGT2B10 is known to be involved with the metabolism of lipids. Post-translational modifications have been described, including glycosylation. Synonyms for this target antigen include UDP-glucuronosyltransferase 2B10, UDP glucuronosyltransferase 2 family, polypeptide B10, UDPGT 2B10, and UDPGT2B10. Some UGT2B10 antibodies may have been used in research and have associated citations. Western Blot is a widely used application for these antibodies. ELISA and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
