Anti-OR6T1 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein olfactory receptor family 6 subfamily T member 1. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 323 amino acid residues and a mass of 36.3 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the cell membrane. It is a member of the G-protein coupled receptor 1 protein family. Post-translational modifications have been described, including glycosylation. Synonyms for this target antigen include olfactory receptor 6T1 and olfactory receptor OR11-277. Western Blot is a widely used application for the OR6T1 antibodies listed below. In addition, ELISA is also a common application.
