Anti-OR14J1 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein olfactory receptor family 14 subfamily J member 1. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 321 amino acid residues and a mass of 35.9 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the cell membrane. It is a member of the G-protein coupled receptor 1 protein family. Post-translational modifications have been described, including glycosylation. Synonyms for this target antigen include olfactory receptor 5U1, olfactory receptor OR6-25, olfactory receptor, family 5, subfamily U member 1, and olfactory receptor 14J1. ELISA is the most common application for the OR14J1 antibodies listed below. Western Blot, Immunofluorescence, and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
