Anti-OR10A7 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein olfactory receptor family 10 subfamily A member 7. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 316 amino acid residues and a mass of 35.7 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the cell membrane. It is a member of the G-protein coupled receptor 1 protein family. Post-translational modifications have been described, including glycosylation. Synonyms for this target antigen include olfactory receptor 10A7 and olfactory receptor OR12-6. OR10A7 gene orthologs have been reported in the bovine and chimpanzee species. Western Blot is a widely used application for the OR10A7 antibodies listed below. In addition, ELISA is also a common application.
