Anti-LRP11 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein LDL receptor related protein 11. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 500 amino acid residues and a mass of 53.3 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the membrane. Up to 2 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. It is a member of the LDLR protein family. Post-translational modifications have been described, including glycosylation. Synonyms for this target antigen include low-density lipoprotein receptor-related protein 11. LRP11 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species. Some LRP11 antibodies may have been used in research and have associated citations. Western Blot is a widely used application for these antibodies. ELISA, Immunocytochemistry, and Immunofluorescence are also common applications.
