Anti-ATPase Na+/K+ transporting subunit alpha 3 antibodies are directed against the protein encoded by the gene ATP1A3 in humans. The gene may also be known as ATPase, Na+/K+ transporting, alpha 3 polypeptide, AHC2, ATP1A1, CAPOS, DYT12, and sodium/potassium-transporting ATPase subunit alpha-3. Structurally, the protein is reported to be 111.7 kilodaltons in mass. Based on gene name, canine, porcine, monkey, mouse and rat orthologs may also be found.
