Anti-OR7A10 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein olfactory receptor family 7 subfamily A member 10. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 309 amino acid residues and a mass of 34.4 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the cell membrane. A member of the G-protein coupled receptor 1 protein family, OR7A10 is known to be involved with signal transduction pathways. Post-translational modifications have been described, including glycosylation. Synonyms for this target antigen include OST027, olfactory receptor OR19-18, and olfactory receptor 7A10. Western Blot is a widely used application for the OR7A10 antibodies listed below. In addition, ELISA is also a common application.
