Anti-MARCHF11 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein membrane associated ring-CH-type finger 11. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 402 amino acid residues and a mass of 43.9 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the cytoplasmic vesicles. Up to 2 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. MARCHF11 is known to be involved with protein ubiquitination. Synonyms for this target antigen include E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase MARCH11, RING-type E3 ubiquitin transferase MARCH11, RING-type E3 ubiquitin transferase MARCHF11, membrane associated ring finger 11, and E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase MARCHF11. MARCHF11 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, chimpanzee and chicken species.
