Anti-TRIML2 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein tripartite motif family like 2. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 437 amino acid residues and a mass of 49.9 kDa. Up to 2 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. TRIML2 is known to be involved with innate immune responses and protein ubiquitination. Synonyms for this target antigen include RING-type E3 ubiquitin transferase TRIML2, SPRY domain-containing protein 6, tripartite motif family-like protein 2, and probable E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase TRIML2. TRIML2 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine and chimpanzee species. Western Blot is the most common application for the TRIML2 antibodies listed below. Immunocytochemistry and Immunofluorescence are also common applications.
