Anti-GOLGA6A antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein golgin A6 family member A. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 693 amino acid residues and a mass of 79.9 kDa. It is reported to be highly expressed in seminiferous tubes in testis. A member of the GOLGA6 protein family, GOLGA6A is known to be involved with Golgi organization. Synonyms for this target antigen include Golgin linked to PML, golgi autoantigen, golgin subfamily a, 6, golgi autoantigen, golgin subfamily a, 6A, golgi autoantigen, golgin subfamily a, member 6, and golgin subfamily A member 6A. Some GOLGA6A antibodies may have been used in research and have associated citations. ELISA is a widely used application for these antibodies. Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
