Anti-KLHL28 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein kelch like family member 28. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 571 amino acid residues and a mass of 64.2 kDa. Up to 2 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. Synonyms for this target antigen include kelch-like protein 28, BTB (POZ) domain containing 5, BTB/POZ domain-containing protein 5, kelch-like 28, and BTBD5. KLHL28 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species. Western Blot, Immunocytochemistry, Immunofluorescence, and Immunohistochemistry are common applications for KLHL28 antibodies.
